    ◯Business; Manufacturing company
    ◯Products；Air Conditioner, Home Appliance, Refrigerator, Vacuum Cleaner, Lighting, etc
    Mainly being in charge of Impo operations from Japan and China. Export operations are few but only a few times a year.
    - Responsible for following logistics process mainly between Japan and China (delivery time, shipment process,OEM/ODM factory production)
    - Import/Export tasks and select the appropriate supplier
    - Making documents related to logistics
    - Contact Japanese HQ about the process and China
    - Product orders, implementing import schedules, and inventory status management
    - Sales Support: Creating Invoice, quotations, arranging shipping operations
    - Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male/Female , 30-40 age
    - Bachelor’s degree in any field
    - Japanese skill; N3 up (Emails and phone calls with Japan HQ)
    - Conversational English
    - Have experience in Intermediary Trade（3か国間貿易）

    [Advantage]
    - Able to start work Immediately
    - Experience in import operations especially from Japan and china
    - Experience in Home Appliances industry
    (Panasonic, Toshiba, Hitachi , Aeon, Nitori, , ,)
