  • Job Description

    Handling import entry
    - contact with customer of abroad, another branch, suppliers in abroad
    - Support to Sales department
    - Ordering / Invoicing / Delivery adjustment
    - Shipping instructions to the warehouse
    - Import entry
    - Submit formula for new items (Set category and HS code by communicate with supplier, customer and shipping / collect details of each item and submit to BOI to get approval and max stock)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor Degree in any fields
    - English skill: more communication level
    - Have experience in sales support/coordinator/import,export in industry of Automotive or Trading firm
    - Must have knowledge of import and export (especially International Commercial Terms, forwarding process)

    【Advantage】
    - BOI knowledge would be an advantage
    - Experience in working at Japanese company
    - Computer literacy: outlook Email, Excel (vlookup/pibottable)
