    - Strategically develop business, focusing on sales forecasts, improve marketing, effectively promote new products and budget management etc.
    - Leadership for international business team focusing on continuous improvement and management, develops strong technical via training.
    - Be responsible for Thailand market, control the yearly/monthly sales reporting, coaching and responsible on the overall performance of the team.
    - Audit Analysis the marketing environment, target plans and business events of Thailand including adjustment strategic and marketing plans, built in preventive and corrective measures

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male / Female | Age 30-55 years old.
    - Bachelor's degree or above
    - Excellent in Chinese & good in English in both speaking and writing
    - Work experience in Cosmetic industry/product more than 5 years as Senior level
    - Strong business acumen and excellent internet marketing, an ability to channel development and customer management.
    - Confident and mature personality with interpersonal, have a strong sense of purpose
