    Administrative Officer provide administrative and clerical support to companies and organizations to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Also, responsible for maintaining equipment and stationery, medicine, uniform, office location, budget and company transportation.
    Successful Administrative Officer will also have business management experience and strong industry knowledge to assist with marketing and business development.
    1. General administration, filing photocopying, faxing, generation of correspondence.
    2. Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries
    3. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the office and the gander by manage and supervise housekeeping company to
    perform their tasks and support all necessary equipment and any items or material as necessary
    4. Assist in the arrangement of meetings, conferences, transportation for any internal or external events.
    5. Arrange and manage the company transportation as required
    6. Maintain and update company databases and company document
    7. Distribute and store correspondence (example, letters, emails and packages)
    8. Participates in the employee engagement committee and activities
    9. Supporting the administration of HR-related activities as and when required.
    10. Maintain office equipment, stationery, office location, including meeting room, lobby, canteen and prepare the related
    budget
    11. Preparation and Administration of Medicine for employee and ensure that medicines are ordered and administered in a
    safe, legal and timely way
    12. Preparing and arrangement of staff uniform for all employee and ensure that the new set of uniform will be ordered on
    yearly basis
    13. Prepare reports, memos, letters and presentations with statistical data, as assigned 14. To undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female Age between 25-30 years old
    - Have 2-3 years experience in Administration role
    - Bachelor's Degree in any field
    - Good Command of English
