• Job Description

  - Manage for the order receiving, control the shipment schedule to make sure all shipment are met with customer requirement
  - Negotiate transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability for air/sea/overland freight operations with truckers, shipping lines, and other suppliers
  - Follow up closely with agents and shipping lines to ensure that pricing is provided on time
  - Cooperate with internal department about production planning, packing plan and control the dispatching department for loading cargo as order requirement
  - Issue PO, all payment such as advance / balance payment, import tax, shipping expense, liner/freight forwarder for freight charge and truck/trailer expense
  - Recheck all import & Export documents (invoice, packing list, C/O Form A, D, E , BL, LC, or other)
  - Other task as assigned by GM Manager
