【Responsiblity】
Supporting Japanese or Thai sales
【Detail】
- Documentation for Shipping through our own system
- Coordination and adjustment with manufacturers for delivery arrangement
- Follow up PO and Delivery date with suppliers
- Generate PO, quotations and other sales-related documents
- Coordinate with customers about orders and delivery via phone calls and e-mails in English or Japanese
- Negotiate delivery date with Maker
- Sometimes visit Customer office, Factory.

Requirement
《Must》
- Male, Female, Not Over 35
- Business level Japanese level(N2) Official language in the company
*If have JLPT N3, need stay in Japan.
《Advantage》
*Experience as a Sales or Sales Coordinator in Trading
*(Prefer)Have work experience in 1 years (Any industry)English Level
