  <OVERALL>
  By supporting Japanese supervisors, gather information for reporting site status to the company, visiting construction sites
  regularly and participating in regular site meetings. And check the site work and site inspections are being carried out
  appropriately in order to ensure construction progress without delay and to keep a certain level of quality.
  
  <TEAM / RELATED PARTIES>
  Work closely with various internal team in our company, and external local partners, contractors, CM companies and any
  business associates related to the business.
  
  <NEGOTIATION / RELATIONSHIP>
  Negotiate with the local parties concerned and also develop the good working relationship with them.
  
  <REPORTING>
  Report regularly the projects' progress, site situation and whatever happens in the site to supervisor in English.
  
  <OTHER>
  Other responsibilities including reporting design defects in sites, meetings organization, sharing site information with other
  department people and any other required works related with above.
