Qualifications

• Requirement

  - Male or Female Age 33-42 years old .
  - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting /Financial fields.
  - At least 2 years up experience in CFO position
  - Significant experience with managing individuals and teams within a dynamic environment and inspire respect and exude leadership of change
  - Demonstrated ability to effectively balance financial and operational factors.
  - Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  - Strong knowledge & compliance in financial & accounting management and internal controls
  - Ability to recognize risks and apply technical accounting standards to a variety of unique transactions
  - Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting.
  - Experience with corporate governance.
  - Proven negotiation skills.
  - Experience with budget management, public accounting, and cash flow.
  - Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
  - Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
  - Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.
  - Good command in English.
