  • Job Description

    - Plan an determine the operational plan and budget of functions/units under control including development and integration of Corporate Branding and Communication operational works in line with company directions, goals, policies, and strategies.
    - Manage the development of corporate brand strategy including brand book and brand identity, and monitor the execution of brand communication and activities, in order to ensure that corporate branding and communication to the public align with corporate branding position.
    - Manage corporate sponsorship activities including identifying appropriate sponsored party aligning with target group of consumer, to create good image to the public, and promote IP One social image.
    - Manage and monitor external communication channel activities to ensure alignment of message and information communicated and effectiveness of communication.
    - Manage and monitor issues impacting company’s reputation from both offline channel and online/ social media channel to ensure corporate image is protected and maintain company’s good reputation.
    - Manage corporate brand advertisement and media related activities to promote corporate branding to create good image to the public and promote IP trading social image.
    - Manage the plan and execution of corporate social responsibility activities to ensure that the company’s social image is in line with corporate strategy, sustainability strategy, and corporate branding strategic direction.
    - Manage the process of coordinating with relevant parties, public entities, private entities, communities and NGOs in an area of IP manufacturing site and head quarter to ensure good relationship and sustain business activities.
    - Manage consumer service activities including call center operation and consumer relationship management to gain consumer insight and feedback, ensure company’s competitive advantage, and enhance consumer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female, age 30 years old up.
    - BA / MBA in Literature, Mass Communication, Marketing or related field.
    - At least 8 years of experience in Communications & Marketing area and at least 4 years in Management level.
    - Experience in Consumer Goods products.
    - Strong knowledge in Corporate Communication, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, or relevant area.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skill in both Thai and English language.
    - Result-driven mindset.
    - Highly collaborative.
    - Opening Mind and willing for Challenge and Change.
    - Enthusiastic and Ambitious.
    - Good strategic thinking, pro-active, initiative.
