  • Job Description

    • Customer support for Application of Tools (Product and Project service). The position is to support on site one of key account customer.
    • Closely work with our internal Local Engineering Support for design and preparation of drawings / offerings for special tools according to the customers' requirement.
    • Carry out trial test / test cuts of company tools at customers' sites.
    • Conduct trainings and product / technology updates to the end-customer.
    • Assessment of technical customer complaints in respect of the applied cutting data.
    • Maintain the CRM-Systems reporting customer contacts.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ** Must
    • Male / Age 28-38 years old.
    • Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Tooling/Precision Tooling Industry.
    • Extensive experience in metal cutting products and applications.
    • Work experience in factory will be an advantage.
    • Knowledge in CAD/CAM drawings of the tools is preferred.
    • Willingness to travel, on site at one key account customer to support a tool management project.
    • Good presentation and office software skills, good at English.
    • Possess valid driving license.
