  • Job Description

    Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
    - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues which may be related to other IT areas (e.g.
    network, OS)
    - Follow-up and ensure ticket is created, updated, resolve within SLA
    - Liaise and collaborate with our global head quarter to team up for knowledge transfer, and
    process improvement activities
    - Properly escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate internal, external teams following the
    workflow in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    MUST
    - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
    - Knowledge in business process oriented applications: MES, ERP
    - Knowledge in writing SQL queries in Databases (Oracle), able to read and understand SQL
    scripts
    - Able to analyze OS (Windows and Linux), application and database logs
    - Basic knowledge in Unix (Linux) command/shell scripts
    - Ability to work in flexible hours, and shifts hours
    - Having a Can-do-attitude
    - Capability to multitask, and work under pressure
    - Good team player, but also able to work under own initiative
    - Good interpersonal and communications skill in Thai and English, both verbal and written

    Advantages
    - Working experience with MES or ERP applications is a plus
    - Basic knowledge in Java programming is a plus
    - Basic knowledge in Docker Swarm is a plus
