    Position: Accountant (Process Control Department, Deputy Manager Level)
    Division: Financial Management

    Job Description: Responsible for all Process Control Operations for Business Division, Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal/external regulations

    - Lead Process Control Team to perform functions smoothly and properly including process workflows as necessary
    - Ensure accuracy of VAT In/Out report, Stock movement report, Tax submission, GP report and others as required
    - Monitor accounting and tax compliance of Business Division
    - Prepare monitoring report and monthly analysis report
    - Support business division in solving any issues related to Process Control functions, Internal Control points, Accounting & Tax
    - Provide data, information and documents as required by Internal/External auditors and tax authorities

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male/Female, age between 34-40 years old
    - Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related fields
    - Fluent in English (Minimum Level 3)
    - Experience in all accounting functions and strong knowledge in Taxation

    【Advantage】
    - Able to use SAP is an advantage
    - Good team player, Good attitude, Communicate well with people, Leadership skills
    - Well-organized and attentive to details
    - Expected to have tax expertise and experience
    - Able to work under pressure during peak time of month to complete business closing within deadlines
