Job Description
- Candidate will be a part of implementation and consulting team of M365 and will be responsible of administration and engineering O365 Suite related tasks (Exchange Online, Identity, SharePoint, Teams) such as implementing new systems or processes
- Work on a variety of challenging and complex problems in a fast-paced production environment, both managing the production and directly supporting the clients. This requires fundamental understanding of how entire O365 Suite and its features work.
- Monitor measure, report, analyze and systematically improve migration plan and to low downtime. This will require analytical skills and understanding on how the technology works.
- The Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to SoftwareONE clients
- The incumbent will assist with migrations, enhancements, and platform consolidations for enterprise customers.

Requirement

- Awareness that this is a 24x7 environment and a willingness to work across shifts during this time frame
- Candidates with five (5) or more years of experience (Help desk)
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a consultant in O365 Suite and related technologies.
- Experience with creating, managing, and maintaining Exchange Hybrid Configuration in complex and Multidomain environment
- Migrations (2k10/13/16/19, Lotus, GSuite to Exchange Online) knowledge with 3rd party tools
- Experience with Implementation and configuration of Azure AD Connect and troubleshooting issues
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills is required and could easily automate the task.
【Advantage】
- Migrations (SharePoint onprem 2k10/13/16/19, File Shares, GSuite to SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams) knowledge with 3rd party tool is preferred
- Good Knowledge with supporting Active Directory Federation Services (or comparable SAML/SSO/Federation administration)English Level
