  - Prepare Internal audit schedule and support internal audit of IATF 16949
  - Follow up CAR/PAR from internal audit IATF 16949
  - Support QMR for close CAR/PAR
  - Support Third Party Audit (CB)
  - Follow up NC from Third party audit IATF 16949
  - Prepare data for management review support QMR
  - Prepare KPI schedule and support KPI meeting include prepare meeting record
  - Request and summary KPI result of each month
  - Support customer audit about QMS system
  - Prepare and up-date CSR matrix follow customer SQAM
