• Job Description

  1. Process Owner for Forming Tools Surface Solutions.
  2. Able to establish & train the global knowledge and process standards.
  3. Collaborate/ communication between sales and operation by new Customer projects & Claims.
  4. Receive mold & dies from customers and perform the incoming inspection (visual, dimensional and metallurgical inspections to be preformed).
  5. Identify & register the tools into the ERP system and define the correct operation standards.
  6. Apply the pre-treatments process for coating such as cleaning, stripping, polishing, nitriding, etc.
  7. Prepare the molds for coating & collaborate to define the production schedule to reach OTD.
  8. Apply post finishing to the molds & perform outgoing inspection; pack the molds ready to ship.
  9. Coach and train other staff on mold and die knowledge.
  10. Participate in OEE, Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), KAIZEN, 5S and HSE programs.
  11. Participate in ISO, Customer, Corporate Audits to ensure adherence to stakeholder Standards.
  12. Work as assign by the management to resolve critical and urgent topics.
