  • Job Description

    - Respond to customer queries from walk-in, phone, email, chat, and other social communication tools in a timely and accurate way
    - Collaborate with other team members to take care of maintenance cases requested by customers and dealers
    - Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
    - Gather customer feedback and share with Sales and Marketing teams
    - In charge of showroom stock management
    - Undertake individual tasks as assigned

  • Requirement

    - Male or female, age 25-30 years old
    - 2+ years experience Customer service
    - Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills
    - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
    - Good command in English
