  • Job Description

    • Manage a warehouse team with 20+ people
    • Lead team to work in good shape and high efficiency.
    • Promote efficiency and service to pick materials efficiently and agilely to meet production requirement.
    • Assure material store in appropriate and safety environment to avoid material loss and people injury.
    • OT control, discipline control, safety awareness promotion, teammates performance evaluation.
    • Warehouse layout and storage capacity design to satisfy business requirement
    • Stock monitoring to assure stock accuracy.
    • Inventory management and control
    • Deploy lean project to optimize process, reduce waste, promote efficiency , service and improve space utilization.
    • Talent development.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Nationality Thai / Male or Female
    • Age 30-37 years old
    • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years relevant experience.
    • Fluent verbal and written English
    • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Access
    • Good analytic and communication skills
    • Good knowledge of Warehouse management operation and inventory control methods
    • Good management skills to manage, motivate and develop people
    • Good knowledge of Warehouse management operation and inventory control
    • Understand ERP system
