Job Description
• Be contact channel with customers.
• Prompt to support customer.
• Customer order management in SAP
• Responding to customer's demand & provide appropriate solutions
• Liaise with key stakeholders for all order related issues, Planning, Operation, Transportation, IT etc.
• Relevant reporting to facilitate internal operation.
• Providing support to projects across various functions.
Qualifications
Requirement
• Nationality Thai / Male only
• Age 30-37 years old
• Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or related field.
• **Fluent in English**(read, write, communication with ease) and Chinese speaking is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years experience of customer services from multi-national companies in management level
• Customer focus, good team player and problem solving.
• Good business acumen.
• Knowledge of SAP experience or ERP system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel.English Level
