  - Mainly,managing the new project(following staff,arranging with the other Dep.,reporting)
  - Confirming and proceduring below
  - the product is being designed meet the customer's requirements
  - the documentation is correct
  - there are no problems in progress
  - Negotiate with each department when problems arise to complete the project
  - planning and progress instructions according to customer requirements
  - making PPAP、BOM
  
  [PE Dep's Responsible]
  Responsible in the Design of a Wire harness, a plastic parts. The rubber part and other parts used a Wire harness, the design is estimated. developments and production for Wire harness.
  - Coordinate the harness design and Make harness productions drawing based on customer DWG and standard.
  - Lunch up a new project and new parts ( Control APQP team, Follow up production, Take design review,
  Follow APQP plan and others)
  - Make documents for DFMEA, PFMEA, BOM List, Process Flow Chart, WI of Harness design, Troubleshooting APQP Plan,
  Engineering Changing Letter and others.
  - Coordinate evaluation test plan and support QC section for test
  - Support to analysis problem of internal and customer (Claim & Complaint) for QC and PD 6) Coordinate harness design with customer and DAL
  - Make VA/VE Proposal
  - Others (Ex. support to request
  - Make estimation for a Wire harness
  - Make process Change Report,Issue report and Follow up Process Change
  - New model project leader
