  - Expanding business by approaching new client
  - Providing recruitment service to the client.
  - Building and maintain a relationship of the client by visiting, calling and other.
  - Understanding of client's business, structure, culture and environment.
  - Coordinating with hiring managers/ Contact person to get and define job requirements.
  - Deeply understanding of client' s requirement.
  - Screening the application and send the potential candidate to client.
  - Presenting candidates to client with significant details. Also, briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
  - Arranging the interview and getting the result.
