    [Job summary]
    - Report: Thai HR Manager
    - Develop and maintain and operation and support HR for the relevant HRIS modules (Personal, - Compensation and benefit, Payroll, Time Attendance, Organization, Security, Authority of Approval)
    - Operate Payroll, provident fund, social security, and personal tax
    - Generate and summary HR report
    - Maintain and update business data requirements and transform to system document, dataflow
    - Identify, analyze and document business requirements across business functions with other user and software developer
    - Educate users on training regarding daily issues
    - Manage performance and other HR key initiatives
    - Provide HR support to a business unit
    - Provide process improvement and assessment tools to assure consistency of Performance Management System
    - Other task

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female / Age 30-35
    - Bachelor degree in related computer (Computer science, Computer Engineering,
    IT, etc.)
    - At least 3 years’ experience about programming language for ASP.NET, #C, JAVA familiar with any HR Applications, if Humatrix would be advantage
    - Data base == > Microsoft SQL server and etc. (Oracle if possible)
    - Experienced & strong knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human
    - HR operations, data analytics to management report
    - Excellent Computer-literate in MS Access - Analyze, design and develop program with Sysett to the relevant HRIS modules
    (Personal, Compensation and Benefit, Payroll, Time Attendance, Organization,
    Security, Authority of Approval) as assignment from the supervisor
    - Test program and create manual or any document of the system for user
    - Educate users on training regarding the new development system, daily issues as
    well as analyze and solve error from program usage
    - Daily and weekly backup for data security
    - Provide process improvement and assessment tools to assure consistency of
    Performance Management System and other HR key initiatives
    - Communicate and provide comprehensive Human Resources support to HQ, 
    relevant departments or any others as assigned by using data and process models
    to clarify and validate requirements
    - Maintain and update current HR data and transform to system document,
    dataflow
    - Generate and support all HR reports for management to decision-making/ Excel
    - Good command in both spoken & written English Experience in Data analytics
    - Possess a "can do" attitude, practical creativity, good analytical, interpersonal,
    communication and project management skills
    - Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
