• Job Description

  1. Directs R&D programs to follow the directives of HQ R&D directors.
  2. Provides the key communication link between the corporate R&D director(s) and the Thailand R&D work
  3. Establishes Program goals and time critical program plan.
  4. Manages and directs all Thailand R&D programs, both internal and external.
  5. Establishes and meets quarterly milestones.
  6. Presents research goals and progress to Management and their designee on a regular basis.
  7. Performs research and development projects in a thorough, complete, and scientific manner that conforms to the time constraints associated with each project.
  8. Coordinates trials, and the required materials, and production time to help maintain overall progress. Works with Production, Purchasing, QA and other departments to do so.
  9. Treats all employees, customers, and vendors with respect equally and fairly without discrimination or bias.
  10. Provides quality service and assistance to all customers, potential customers, employees, vendors.
  11. Performs all other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates to help in the overall work flow process.
