• Job Description

  • Close monthly financial statement in both B/S and P/L
  • Handle and suggest cost calculation including set proper transaction for each activity
  • Handle full set accounts including AR/AP/GL in system
  • Manage capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed in
  the System.
  • Prepare all data and support information for annual financial audit
  • Manage cash situations by monitoring daily operations of the finance department
  • Prepare and present monthly financial report (B/S, P/L and financial statements to S&OP
  meeting
  • Control, monitor and lead other departments to deliver according to financial budget
  • Oversee the management of all leases, contracts and other financial commitments.
  • Be good teamwork with related department, including established good relationships with outside parties such as the Revenue Department Examiners, Bankers and External Auditors.
  • Have Financial experience would be very much advantage.
