    - Responsibilities for design of Mechanical Facility (fire extinguishing equipment, piping equipment, duct equipment, automatic control equipment) or Electrical Facility (electric power equipment, communication / information equipment, fire extinguishing equipment)
    - Create and design of construction drawing
    - Create of estimate/management of resources and coordination with technical teams
    - Meeting with client (The main client is a general contractor)
    - If necessary go to construction site
    - Other task

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male / age 25-45
    - English: conversation level
    - Can construction integration
    - Driver license and own car
    - Not job hopper

    【Either of the following additionally must with the above】
    - Experience of design for Mechanical Facility (fire extinguishing equipment, piping equipment, duct equipment, automatic control equipment)
    - Experience of design for Electrical Facility (electric power equipment, communication / information equipment, fire extinguishing equipment)

    【Advantage】
    - Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or related fields
    - Work in Japanese company
