Job Description
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, including answering phones, taking and delivering. messages, writing memes, copying, scanning, and support typical tasks.
- Maintain office space and office equipment.
- Manage office registration of the government offices.
- Assist and coordinate with Managing Director and Manager.
- Manage work logs for driver of Managing Director.
- Coordinate and support colleagues in typical tasks.
- Coordinate with accounting office and handling payments, including tax, social security and etc.
- Process payroll and distributed paychecks.
- Manage monthly payments.
- Maintain Company documents and collaborate with outsource offices.
- Maintain and collaborate with outsource offices to extend VISA, work permit and driving license for Managing Director.
- Representing for the company or Managing Director to contact with government officials; The Revenue Department, Social Security Office, Department of Business Development and etc.
- Control and providing support in accumulating and handling overall documents for the company.
- Coordinate with internal and external organizations to create a mutual understanding in operations.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company.

- Female age between 22-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any filed.
- 1-2 years’ experience in administration or accountant.
- Good personality and service mind
- Good spoken and written English skills.
- Good computer literate, with emphasis on MS Office.
- Able to drive a car and must have driving license.English Level
