    - To prepare and control division operation for Billing/Payment part among the team
    - To manage Operating Bases of Operation
    ≫Matter regarding Customer Service
    ≫ Support sales and procurement Section
    - To support for Customer Service matter
    ≫Accept inquiries, requests or complaints from customers
    ≫To issue Billing/Payment by support FWD OP members
    ≫To run internal with smooth operation
    ≫To minimize work load among team and minimize delay for issue/Placing D/N
    ≫To iｍprove leadtime of job closing FWD OP in each the month
    - To support other matter regarding Import/Export/Domestic among the team

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor Degree
    - Experience at least 5 years in Logistics Field (import – export, freight forwarding, logistics, FCL and LCL, customs clearance)
    - Good command of English (Level 4 or above)

    【Advantage】
    - Bachelor’s degree in international transport management, logistic, import-export is preferable
    - Knowledge of computer PC, MS-Office, E-mail
    - Vigorous, service minded and self-motivated
