  • Job Description

    - Managing, Controlling, Organizing, and Directing of Die Casting Engineer Section (Die Design, Modify, etc.)
    - Making sure the plan for the Production engineer.
    - Coaching and Training Team to a better process.
    - Checking the plan and improvement production.
    - Lead the implementation of operational projects in the workplace.
    - Continuous improvement and efficiencies across the Company’s products,
    systems, operations, and processes (Aluminum die casting)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering fields (Mechanical or Electric).
    - Having at least 3 years experience as a Production Engineer.
    - At least 3 years of Management Experience as assistant Manager or above
    - Having the experience that is related to the Die casting mold
    - English skill *Communication Level (For Communicate with Japanese)(L4 up)
