    -Monitor and follow up with sales representative in order to follow the purpose of the company
    -Keep positive business relationships with exist client
    -Conduct market research for competitor and customer analysis in order to develop with sale team
    -Supervise, train and motivate junior executives to achieve sales target for month and year
    -Planning sale forecasts with CEO
    -Check the product follow Contracts
    -Attend the monthly meeting and Planning of the sales team.
    -Strong management, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills
    -Other related tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male only | Age: 40-49 yrs old.
    - Experience in Sales manager at least 5 yrs
    - Have experience in Selling car accessories (Both pickup trucks and cars, tires) or other related company product.
    - Have own a cars and able to go upcountry more than 10 days.
    【Advantage】
    - Have client or connection on hands is a plus to consideration
