  • Job Description

    - Set goals and policies of the marketing department to comply with the policy and the annual sales of the company.
    - Control and monitor the performance of employees within the marketing department to be efficient in line with the Company's policies and goals, including allocation of personnel to be appropriate and efficient in their work.
    - Plan, supervise, and analyze marketing information to formulate marketing promotion plans such as attending medical's conferences
    , workshop organized by the company to generate more sales and awareness.
    - Create strategies / marketing campaigns or special promotions to stimulate sales and reach the target customers of the organization via Online / Offline channels.
    - Manages and supervises the marketing public relations department, both Online / Offline, check the correctness of the graphic design both articles, corporate identity of the organization to be consistent to create image and credibility for the organization.
    - Supervise and manage media public relations promoting marketing for customers to collect PR Value data, market value and public relations media through various channels
    - Planning, supervising and managing public relations media to promote marketing for customers.
    - Plan the work of the team and themselves according to the specified timeline.
    - Competitors survey (Marketing Survey), analysis of marketing direction to formulate public relations strategies and presenting product highlights.
    - Monitor and follow up on various organization systems (promotion and after-sales customer service such as TBM CRM, TBM Order, etc.)
    - Evaluate, analyze and allocate marketing budgets for efficiency and benefit to the organization and customers.
    - Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male or female, at least 31 - 35 years old (male has passed military service)
    - Graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher in Arts, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
    - University from Chulalongkorn, Mahidol, Thammasat, Abac BU(Inter) with GPA 2.75 up
    - At least 5 years of work experience in a related field with experience in lead team over 2-3 years
    - Have own car and driver's license

    - Have leadership and creativity in marketing planning.
    - Have good management skills and experience in management, coordination, decision making and problem solving.
    - Able to communicate in English (Listening, speaking, reading, writing) well TOEIC 600 up
