  • Job Description

    - Build relationships with distributor leaders that encourage and motivate them to grow their business
    - Monitor sales and ensure timely recognition of various levels of achievement
    - Provide accurate and correct understanding and application of compensation plan
    - Respond fairly and accurately to questions regarding the compensation plan
    - Strategize with consultants and help them be more effective
    - Set up conference calls, send conference call notes, send welcome/congratulatory letters
    - Have a strong, working knowledge of the compensation plan, essential oils and company procedures
    - Audit and assist leaders when necessary
    - Conduct business and product trainings for leaders and internal staff
    - Work as a team with other Account Managers in offices around SE Asia to help all organizations grow

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male or Female 28-45 years old
    - Total Sales experience over 5 years with over 3 years in the direct sales industry
    - Strong English communication

    【Advantage】
    - Ability to establish professional relationships and partner with Wellness Advocates
    - Outgoing and positive personality
    - Ability to communicate effectively, respond to concerns, and strategically solve problems
    - Proven ability to follow through on assignments and customer needs
    - Proficiency in DataTrax preferred
    - Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
