Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage R&D team to achieve the company goals [Set up new R&D center to support all plants in Thailand]
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
3. Design model and test prototypes for products.
4. Packing & Outer Part approval copy mold & move mold.
5. Use computer-aided design (CAD) 2D, 3D to design products.
6. Develop new model and maintain quality, productivity of existing model.
7. Improve process defect.
8. Identify and select materials needed for production.
9. Make samples of working models for demonstration.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male / Female Age 40-45 years old.
- Bachelor‘s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Electronics, Industrial Engineer.
- Experience 10 years in Design Engineer field. [Automotive or Electronics]
- Experience 3-5 years in management level
- Good at Auto CAD 2D, 3D , NX program, Catia, Sold work
- Experience in PCB manufacturing is advantaged.
- Experience in Design model and test prototypes for products.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well under pressure.
- Good communication in English.English Level
