  Job overview:
  Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, business analysis and project financial management in order to drive company profitability. Business partner with various team and working closely with management to provide financial insight on the performance of assigned Business Unit and projects. Provides resolution of basic issues to business team and ensures compliance as appropriate. Works closely with Accounting team for month end closing to ensure accounting transactions is performed properly such as revenue recognition, project cost and other related.
  
  
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  
  -Prepare short-term and long term financial plans
  -Lead full P&L controlling and budgeting process for each Business Unit
  -Proactively monitor financial performance to meet both short/long-term objectives.
  -Continuous improvement of forecasting processes and accuracy
  -Executing business initiative of the company to provide support and analysis to meet target
  -Understanding Project P&L structure and continuous improvement project financial process
  -Co-ordinate with Finance and accounting team to ensure smooth month end closing
  -Drive accounting activities in company Business Unit with full compliance to accounting policy
  -Be an opportunity consultant for new projects during bid process to consolidate pricing and prepare interim project P&L with professional finance opinion
  -Provide finance leadership by leading and influencing business partner to mitigate financial risk and maximize company benefit
  -Provide management with insightful decision support/business analysis
  -Interface with Company Management on strategic initiatives and provide/defend strategic and tactical financial
