  • Job Description

    - Set sales targets and business plan and Manage the activities of the organization to ensure achievement.
    - Oversee and motivate the sales team in order to synergize their efforts towards the sales targets.
    - Execute staff performance evaluation in order to enhance and develop performance, knowledge & skill of staff, consider staff promotion.
    - Teaching knowledge , suggestion, troubleshoot and provide solutions as well as enhance subordinates to work efficiency,
    Ensure staff are well trained in all aspects of their jobs as well as cross-trained in related areas and promote staff's career path. Counsels and disciplines as necessary.
    - To comply with other assignments from superior.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female , Age : 40-45 or above
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics or a related fields.
    - At least 8 years of Freight Forwarding Sales experience with an in-depth knowledge of international logistics.
    - Management experience
    - Must have Own car and driving license
    - Business English
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
