Job Description
- Design ,Supervision and Construction management of Mechanical and Electrical Facility (Air Conditioning Facility, Plumbing & Sanitary Facility)
- Responsibilities including organization, planning, scheduling, revenue recognition& planning, cash & invoicing, budget preparation and estimate/management of resources and coordination with technical teams
- Meeting with client (The main client is a general contractor)
- If necessary go to construction site
- Other task
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
- Male / age 40-55
- Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related fields
- English: conversation level
- Experience of the Mechanical or Electrical equipment in constriction field
- Having experience of installation for Sanitary Facility and Air conditioning Facility in Factory
- At least 5 years experience of Construction Management
- Driver license and own car
- Experience in dealing with facility at construction site
- Not job hopper
