  • Job Description

    · Leading a team to manage ASP (Authorized Service Partner) and RC (own service center) to hit repair and service related KPIs defined by Own and Country Service Manager
    · Monitor and manage day-to-day operation including repair capacity, efficiency and quality, warehouse& logistics, spare parts management and customer satisfaction
    · Submit KPI analysis or other service/repair related reports upon to the requests from Country Service Manager or HQ overseas
    · Define and fine-tune local service process to meet business needs and requirement
    · Roll out service program/project from HQ or Country Service Manager for new products launch or service process improvement and implementation
    · Conduct regular audit to existing ASPs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    · Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    · A minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment
    · Good writing and communication skill in English
    · Experience in IT hardware repair center

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
