• Job Description

  - Make sure all seller shipping documents are correct and complete as PO/PR.
  - Draft purchase documents and open invoices on express.
  - Create petty cash documents in the express.
  - Record the receipt of money. And prepare payment documents (for authorized persons)
  - Record the bank balance in the system.
  - Set up accounts receivable / accounts payable in express system.
  - Record product stock list.
  - Collect accounting documents for monthly review.
  - Other takss as assigned.
