    - Company registration to TISI site
    - Prepare documents related apply license
    - In case Inspection is required, contact to TISI and adjust the schedule via e-mail or phone and inform to customer
    - Correspondences in English with domestic and overseas customers
    - Share knowledge of applying license to other customer service members
    - Support to Sales department
    - Other task

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male or Female, Age 25-40
    - Bachelor's Degree
    - English: Business level
    - Experience in handling TISI and MOC(DIT) license support
    - Person who have ability to negotiate and understand import-export process

    [Advantage]
    - At least 3 years working experience as customer service or sales assistant in Logistics company
    - Experience of task dealing with FDA
    - Having knowledge of BOI tasks
    - Having Master license
    - Having LPI license
