    Dental products which has huge market share in Japan.
    We would expand our products in Thailand from 2021.

    [Job Description]
    - Launch and stabilize and manage service and operation in the country
    - Back-up and support all function including clinic support and patient support as well as sales as necessary
    - Operate administration
    - Develop and discuss growth strategy with HQ and execute it as agreed
    - Communicate with HQ (discussion on key issues and necessary reporting)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male/Female, Thai national, Age 30-45 years old
    - Bachelor or higher degree in any fields
    - Good command of English (Level 3 or above)
    – Strong communication skill with multiple stakeholders in any format
    – Resilience and independent working in a constantly evolving company
    – Self starter mindset
    – People management and engagement skills (both internally and externally)

    【Advantage】
    - 5 years experience in new business development and launch
    - 5 years experience in business lead/management
    - Experience in dental industry
    - Have driving license and own a car

    【Character】
    - people person, goal+result driven, responsible, flexible, customer centric, insight driven skills
