    <Job Purpose>
    - Responsible for sales planning, managing the old customer control team Finding new customers and after-sales service
    - Follow up and report the sales results to achieve the target

    <Key Accountabilities>
    ●Sales Planning
    - Follow-up and analyze customers and competitors in the market
    - Make sales plans in each period
    - Estimate sales (Amount of sales)
    - Make a good customer relationship

    ●Approach new customers
    - Planning and setting goals for acquiring new customers
    - Meet the customers needs
    - Make good relationships with new customers
    - Organize promotional activities

    ●Sales Management
    - Team meeting
    - Follow-up and monitor sales results
    - Team advising
    - Visit customers with sales team
    - Problem solving with sales team

    ●General Management
    - Join in planning the development of new products together with the Technician team
    - Overseeing various quality control systems
    - Planning and making annual budget
    - Personnel management
    - Participate in corporate activities as assigned

    <Challenges>
    - Must manage work that is dependent on external factors that are not highly controllable and under high pressure conditions
    - Must constantly follow up with competitors
    - Must control the work team to sell products to achieve higher goals under increasing competition conditions
    - Must be managed under the terms and conditions of the organization and must satisfy the customers with various needs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or female, age 35 years up.
    - 3-5 years Sales Manager experience in "Polymer Business"
    - Good command of English

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

  • Other Language

    English
