  • Job Description

    1. Control production line. [ Assembly process ]
    2. To coordinate function of all departments for production requirement.
    3. Mange manpower in production line to achieve daily target. [40 operators]
    4. Support basic maintenance machine.
    5. Reduce defect and increase productivity.
    6. Support production facilities and operation.
    7. Day to day problem solving of production and control part delivery to customer follow production plan.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male only , Age 34-38 years old
    - Bachelor degree or higher in Industrial Engineering and GPA 2.5 up
    - At least 7 years relevant experience in automotive Manufacturing.
    - At least 3 years in leader or supervisor skill and manage operator around 20-30
    - Need experience in automotive business.
    - Can use auto Cad and read engineering Drawing.
    - TPS system is advantaged.
