  - Responsibility for team member’s safety and the environment by enforcing compliance toHSE rules, Regulations, PSM program, and EIA requirements, etc.
  - Manage production as a quality target. Ensure safety, security, and stable running of the production line, aligning with the company’s quality control systems, processes, and procedures.
  - Be a part of the production plan and budget preparation of own responsible product and manage responsible production operation to achieve its target.
  - Responsible for Monitoring, measuring, and reporting any matters related production performance.
  - Control operation schedule, shutdown, and shutdown maintenance to be efficient and be on time.
  - Manage process equipment routine inspections during normal operation and special inspections during turnarounds to maintain responsible facility assets.
  - Strengthen communication among teams.
  - Develop system such as communications tools, KAIZEN activity, 5s Activity.
  - Maintain and improve standard operation manual and maintain employee’s safe working environment.
  - Set up problem-solving and troubling shooting committees to identify root causes and take quick effective action to solve the problems.
  - Collaborate with other teams to ensure production handovers and effective communication.
  - Ensure that company resources shall be used effectively within the appropriate budget.
  - Manage daily packaging and filling & receiving activities done by outsourcing companies.
