Product : Pharmaceutical products
We are dealing with 3 distributors, and this position will take care of Importation, PO issuing, inventory management, re-packing processing, and etc.
1) Import the goods from foreign countries with our forwarders. Check the shipping documents, arrange the necessary documents and etc.
2) Purchase forecast, PO issue, and inventory management
3) Sample Management
4) Re-packing coordination work
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
- Female / Age 25-33
- Good command of English level 3.5 up
- Experience for importation work with forwarders, such as shipping document check
Especially in Drug, Medical Device, etc. that need to know the process of TFDA for importing

- Working in import Drug, Medical Device, etc. that need to know the process of TFDA for importing.
- Work experience in Global trading company (Pharmaceutical industry)
should be the person who know and familiar with Japanese work environment and sale the product through Distributor
- Experience in correspondence with forwarders and Custom and etc.(2-3 years)
- Has Stock management (Inventory Control) experience
- Able to use Excel (VLook Up, Pivot Table)
