Job Description
Job Brief
We are looking for a qualified Technical Support Engineer to support our local Service Centers, customers and any repair or technical related projects assigned by Country Service Manager. As well as co-work with Headquarter overseas to solve or analyze issues, and communicate with customers.
The ideal candidate must have a thorough knowledge of computer and electronics hardware and software, and hands-on repair experience. A successful Support Engineer will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail, also excellent communication skills.
<Responsibilities>
• Support local Service Center(Repair Center) for any issues and questions, including hardware and software
• Tracks the work of engineering team member to ensure that all jobs are completed on time and to customer specifications.
• Train Service Center including troubleshooting, repair skill, software & hardware, and new models or new tooling
• Manage to have KPIs hit targets set by Headquarter and Country Service Manager
• Provide and follow the Weekly Technical Support Department KPIs performance & Analysis with members (2nd return, TCMUR, WTP, ADT, Repair rate, APAC report)
• Co-work with headquarter technicians closely to feedback any repair or quality issues to solve problems
• Monitor and audit Service Center to control repair quality
• Communicate with customers or Sales directly to answer customers concerns and questions
Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- Bachelor degree in Electronics, Computer, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related subject
- English level 4 up
- Hands-on experience with laptop repair over 5years (L1/L2)
- Hands-on experience with L3/L4 and ability of electronics circuit problems analysis will be an advantage
- Mobile and other IT repair experience will be an advantage

- Experience in KPI control and be able to manage to hit targets
- Experience in Product Quality control
- Excellent communication abilities and trouble shooting skills
- Exceptional training skill
- Positive and good time-management skills
- Commercial customer support experience will be a high advantage
- Team management skill
