    [Title] HR and Admin Section Manager
    [Report to] Japanese president and vice president
    [Company size] BKK 65 staff, Factory(Patumtani) 189 staff (Total 321 Thai staff and 10 Japanese staff)

    - Be responsible for all HR tasks
    - Improving evaluation system, salary structure, and implement efficient measures
    - Design and implement company policies, corporate governance
    - Develop compensation and benefits plans
    - Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
    - Manage subordinates and provide right support for each tasks
    - Need to deal with Welfare committee
    - Management of subordinates
    - Coordinate with other division
    - Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male or Female, Thai national, Age 30-40
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Good command of English
    - Minimum 6-7 years experience in HR and Admin function

    【Advantage】
    - Good command of Japanese(Not necessary)
    - Experience in management level would be advantage
    - Problem Solving, Communication and good interpersonal skills
