• Job Description

  - Working in global team as IT contact point to provide system trouble shooting & solutions to users.
  - Implementation and maintenance of system & application enhancement, SWIs and projects.
  - Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
  - Directing system testing and validation procedures.
  - Directing software programming and documentation development.
  - Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
  - Participated in extra assignment as opportunity arise ie, safety, control, etc.
  - Analyzing business  requirement  to develop new systems or modifications of an existing system
