  • Job Description

    -Gathering information from Company Group digital customer touchpoints as well as outside parties and mapping business strategies to technical requirements
    -Data collection, transformation and aggregation from external and internal sources
    -Analyzing business data and creating insight analysis reports which organize and present data in a clear, concise manner
    -Providing insights and recommendations based on relevant data to the team
    -Summarizing external data to support the recommendations in the insight analysis reports, so that we can proceed our digital innovation activities more tangible way

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -Have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or another technical field
    -At least 5 years of experience as Business Data Analyst or related filed.
    -Strong business analytic and business consulting skills
    -General understanding of business data and storytelling
    -Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
    -Experience with Excel or any BI tools
    -Application of market research techniques and strategies across a variety of digital channels
    -Strong communication skills, verbally and written
    -Ability to take a leadership role when necessary
    【Advantage】
    -Experience in retail / Finance / Insurance domain preferred
