  • Job Description

     Responsible for supervising, coaching, training and developing the Export Customer Service & Documentation Staffs.
     Ensure all concerned documentation submitted by customers within a day will be done-correctly and completely in a timely manner.
     Promptly communicate and provide clear feedback to overseas and customers.
     Coordinate between shipping, transportation and sub-contractors.
     Adhere to company quality standards and customer quality requirements.
     Review profitability under the area. Ensure job costing is done accurately.
     Monitor and evaluate subordinates performance in quality and quantity regards to the objectives and targets.
     Ensure compliance with department processes and standards within the team.
     Monitor performance on operational excellence and initiate corrective measures.
     Communicate and co-ordinate with other teams to promote cross-functional efficiency within the operation department.
     Ensure correct documents are issued on time, ensure timely and correct invoicing, ensure timely updated of track & trace systems.
     Ensure operational service adherence to standard processes and escalate process improvement ideas.
     Joint visits with Marketing & Sales to existing customers upon request.
     Perform additional duties as assigned.
     Decide and enforce operational corrective measures (department level) to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
     Bachelor’s degree or higher
     At least 2 - 5 years’ experience in Air Export and Freight Forwarding Business preferably with major international company.
     Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements in terms of information flow, transportation, warehousing and logistics.
     Excellent knowledge of Freight Forwarding operations.
     Operational know- how (Customer Service, Document Processing &Import Customers Clearance)
     Understanding of incident & claim handling procedures.
     Able to work in diverse environment and cultures
     Network and relationship building
     Managing change, adaptability and flexibility teamwork.
     Communication and interpersonal skills.
     Language Skills - Good command both in English and Thai.
     Computer Skills – Able to operate on MS office applications.
