    - Responsible for the ISO/TS16949 QA&QC dept.
    - Process patrol set plan./
    - Control and prepare engineering change notice in QC dept. (ECR), Supplier change report.(PCR)
    - Control and manage Nonconforming report.(NCR),equipment and facility of part inspection
    - Improve method of part inspection
    - Take care of safety in dept. about claim form customer 8D report(CAR)
    - Analyze, Monitoring, Simulate to Improvement defect in house
    - Manage data of Part inspection and Measuring tool calibration.
    - Arrange Advanced Product Quality Planning for New model(APQP)
    - Plan and take care for internal and external audit
    - Other

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male / Age 23-30
    - Bachelor's degree in Material, Production Engineering, Manufacturing and Industrial
    - Knowledge: ISO14000, APQP, PPAP, QC7Tool, 8D report
    - Experience of take care for internal audit ISO and IATF16949
    - Experience of QA at least 1 year experience

    - Work experience in Japanese company
    - Work experience in Automotive company
