• Job Description

  - Develop and test new product (new models/new features of current products)
  - Prototype development and characteristic define.
  - Create engineering BOM- material drawing and product specification.
  - Ensure product quality in all perspective, functionality and cost competitiveness, following required development milestones.
  - Provide, review and follow up project in term of engineering and development phase.
  - Coordinate with overseas team to get product requirements to develop new product - design, part and material to realize requirements.
  - Responsible, develop and execute global plans for assigned product group to meet company objectives by defining strategies & products management.
  - Set up the plan for product knowledge training.
  - Provide and follow up, control the documentation and drawing which related to design and development for review and approval.
  - Cooperate with related department for new product launching -Sales / QC / Software development /Production and.
  - Provide and Control EVT(Engineering Verification Test), DVT (Design Verification Test)
  - Provide and follow up the reports and concerned matters to superior and concerned parties. Support document for all new product development.
  - Supervise and coach team members and manage the overall performance.
  - Support and work closely with production and other functions to ensure it supports the company’s overall strategy, goal and deliver winning products as well as work with various departments throughout the business involved.
