    1. Support existing customers account in plastic part market. [Automotive customers]
    2. Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products.
    3. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
    4. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
    5. Reaching the targets and goals set for responsibility area.
    6. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
    7. Servicing the needs of your existing customers
    8. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ** Must **

    Female, Male age 35-45 years old.
    Minimum Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent in related field.
    Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience preferably in automotive industry [Plastic]
    Experience in preparation of commercial offers for high value technical projects, Contract negotiation at senior customer level,
    Key account management , Project implementation.
    Knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes i.e. injection molding, painting, assembly and logistics.
    Good at English. [Report to Japanese by English]
    Have car and license
